Sales Executive(NCS/Job/ 1783)

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries regarding mobile and gadget repair services
• Convert leads into successful bookings through effective communication
• Explain Buzzmeeh’s offerings clearly and confidently
• Follow up on leads via call, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high conversion
• Maintain customer records and update CRM tools regularly
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and follow-up targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and WhatsApp for business communication
• Must be a team player with a customer-first attitude
