Sr Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics Integration Designer with extensive experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes within the Telecom industry and the ability to translate these processes into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Design and Implementation:
• Design and implement integration solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture and design documents.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, including Telco systems , ERP, and billing systems.

Business Process Analysis:

• Analyze complex business processes within the Telecom domain and identify integration requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.

Technical Expertise:

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to support integration processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, to enhance integration capabilities.
• Implement and manage Azure integration services and middleware solutions to support integration needs.

Lead experience

• Lead integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
