Job Description

About Job Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & CPQ Technical Delivery Analyst to provide day-to-day support and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ platforms. This role will be instrumental in supporting continuous improvement initiatives to streamline our sales/pre-sales processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM/CPQ technical capabilities, strong problem[1]solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solution

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assist in the configuration of HubSpot workflows, deal stages, custom properties, and automation rules. • Deal Hub configuration to satisfy go to market sales models, enabling sales quotation creation, as well as all other supporting system processes. • Support change management and adoption of new features or processes. • Advises on any system issues, identify corrective action items, continuous improvements. • Participate in cross-functional projects related to CRM/CPQ enhancements, integrations, and migrations. • Document business requirements and assist in testing and validating new features or system changes. • Support with the development and maintenance of IT process documentation, and Sales/Pre-sales knowledge base articles. • Support with regular data cleansing across pre-sales platforms • Support with integrations between HubSpot & Deal Hub with other platforms • Manage and maintain HubSpot’s Service Hub (ITSM) workflows and future enhancements

 

Position Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting CRM and/or CPQ systems, preferably HubSpot and Deal Hub. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM/CPQ best practices. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • Strong communication skills - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Python AND JavaScript is a strong bonus
