Model-Based Design (MBD) Engineer(NCS/Job/ 1716)

We are seeking a skilled Model-Based Design (MBD) Engineer with expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and MATLAB scripting to develop, simulate, and validate embedded control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for model creation, auto-code generation, and supporting verification and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink as part of a model-based workflow.

• Create and maintain plant/control models for embedded systems.

• Use MATLAB scripting (Mscripting) for data analysis, automation, and tool development.

• Perform MIL, SIL, and HIL testing to validate models and generated code.

• Support code generation using Embedded Coder and integration with embedded targets.

• Work closely with software, hardware, and test teams to support full development life cycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Model-Based Design using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.

• Strong experience in MATLAB scripting for tool automation, test automation, and data handling.

• Hands-on experience in auto-code generation (e.g., Embedded Coder).

• Familiarity with control systems, signal processing, or embedded domains.

• Experience with MIL/SIL verification processes.
