4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (community and/or enterprise editions).

Strong Python programming skills.

Proficiency in PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, and QWeb.

Good understanding of business processes across domains: Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, Manufacturing, HR, etc.

Ability to write detailed documentation (SRS, User Manuals, SOPs).

Strong communication skills to interface with clients and internal teams.

Experience with Git, Docker, and Odoo.sh is a plus.
