Oracle Payroll and Absence techno-functional expertise along with strong knowledge of UK payroll.

Job Summary

Analyses people data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide insight for strategic decision making and process improvement.

Roles & Accountability

• Collect and compile people data from various sources, including Oracle, Zellis, and Unipay.
• Conduct routine checks for data inconsistencies and rectify them.
• Develop and maintain data validation rules and processes.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from the wider team.
• Ensure that ad hoc reports operate in a timely manner.
• Perform end-to-end data reconciliation.

Operational Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in Payroll, preferably UK payroll.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Oracle HCM.
• Knowledge of other HCM products.
• BI report writing skills, preferably OTBI/BIP.

Experience Relevance

• Experience building credible and trusting relationships.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience in project work and working with UK teams.
