Product Owner(NCS/Job/ 1877)

What You’ll Do
● Define and communicate the vision for the product. 
● Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business strategy and customer needs. 
● Oversee all stages of product creation, from ideation to development and launch. 
● Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. 
● Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery. 
● Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas of differentiation. 
● Drive Product Success – Collaborate with the Product Management (PM) team to define product objectives, key 
success metrics, and roadmaps. 
● Own Execution – Lead cross-functional teams to bring compelling, scalable solutions to market. Identify roadblocks 
and proactively remove them to ensure timely delivery. 
● Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze product performance using tools like Looker & Databricks and implement 
improvements based on insights. 
● Customer-Centric Approach – Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand their pain points and 
translate them into actionable product requirements. 
● Agile Leadership – Manage and prioritize the product backlog, contribute to sprint planning, and participate in Scrum 
meetings. 
● Innovate & Optimize – Keep up with the latest product management practices, usability trends, and market 
differentiators to create best-in-class experiences
What You’ll Need
● Experience: 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles within software 
development. 
● Data & Analytics: Experience working with data-driven tools like Looker & Databricks. Background in data science is 
a plus. 
● Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex challenges and find effective solutions. 
● Self-Starter Attitude: A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and seek out opportunities for 
improvement. 
● Strong Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and lead without direct authority.
● Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle 
management
