About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience leading data science, AI, or analytics projects. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate complex business requirements into executable AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate is a certified PMP professional who combines strong project delivery skills with storytelling, business acumen, and a design-oriented mindset. You’ll be responsible for driving AI project roadmaps, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that the solutions delivered meet real business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and data science/AI teams to gather, clarify, and translate use cases into actionable project plans.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI and data science projects – from requirement gathering, scoping, and planning to delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate technical outputs into business-friendly insights using clear narratives, data storytelling, and visual presentation tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma or similar tools to conceptualize user flows and interfaces for AI/ML products.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, resource plans, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring that delivery stays on track.
• Help prioritize features, model iterations, or product components based on business value and feasibility.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions align with original business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing data science, AI/ML, or analytics projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of data science and AI workflows and ability to interact confidently with technical teams.
• Hands-on experience using Figma or other wireframing/design tools for ideating product interfaces.
• Strong documentation skills – requirements specs, timelines, status reports, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, or AI solution lifecycle (e.g., from PoC to production).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment basics.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, designers, product owners).
