Appian RPA- Developer (NCS/Job/ 1131)

Basic minimum

Good experience 10+ yrs in Appian and customer facing , Requirement gathering , Design .

The candidate must work closely with business and ISC/BPE team to bring the solution.

This candidate will replace 1 or more consultants and experts from Company Appian, currently working as gold consultants in project . The current Appian leads are also working from UK/NL .

Must understand business process and  SAP knowledge is added advantage .

Job Description:

• Implementing end to end process automation
• Ability to understand, analyze and implement Order management process orchestration using Appian
• Leading different parts of solution delivery
• Strong understanding of business and user needs
• Ability to support Appian setup
• Ability to understand Appian architecture, engines, and solutions
• Ability to work with third-party integration services (REST/SOAP)
• Coordinating with application support teams during the solution development, deployment, and support
• Test quality, troubleshoots and supports an entire solution, across all components
• Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Guide Appian development team for functional and technical solution and development
• Ability to contribute within the Persistent delivery unit as a technology enabler and mentor

Profile Requirements:

• 10+ IT experience with 5+ years of recent experience as an Appian lead
• Experience in automating business workflows using Appian
• Translate and build the functional requirement into Appian business flows
• Involved in getting the requirements, designing, and mapping the same to the Business processes
• Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
• Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
• Hands on experience with Process model, SAIL, Expression Rules, Integration.
• 4+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration including configuring forms, reports, underlying logic, and interface components as a developer
• 3+ experience with relational databases and SQL scripting
• 3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies
• Exposure with IDP/ RPA as well as strong integrations experience
• UI & UX component design
• Experience working with users to gather and refine requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
• Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
• Hands-on experience in developing Appian Plugins
