Job Description

HOW YOU ADD VALUE

  • Administers compensation policies and procedures, including all aspects of pay administration, including base pay, variable pay and equity compensation.
  • Prepares monthly dividends files and partners with Payroll and external vendors to complete accurate payment and reporting.
  • Assists with administration of LTI vesting events and awards.
  • Reports and maintains salary data and participates in compensation surveys.
  • Maintains job description database, job family, and job title organization for diverse company needs.
  • Supports the year-end compensation pay planning cycle for bonus, LTI and merit
  • Assists with the onboarding of new portfolio companies by organizing and reporting on their current compensation structure and developing data visualization to multiple stakeholders throughout process.
  • Assists with the development of compensation-related training materials and communications
  • Prepares ad hoc analyses and reports
  • Evaluates job positions, determining FLSA classification pay grade, and salary, annual bonus and if applicable, LTI
  • Identify, document and implement process and technology improvements to enhance functional effectiveness and maximize operational efficiency
  • Audit data to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all compensation data
  • Other job duties, as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with all levels within the organization.
  • Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be flexible in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Collaborative open approach to work and team members.
  • Excellent people skills with a focus on solutions to deliver the best service possible.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time that are deadline driven.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Workday.
