Hadoop/Kafka Support(NCS/Job/ 917)

We are seeking a skilled Hadoop/Kafka Support Engineer to provide operational support for our big data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and troubleshooting Hadoop ecosystems and Kafka clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and support Hadoop and Kafka clusters.

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Perform upgrades, patching, and configuration tuning.

• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

• Maintain system documentation and support procedures.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Hadoop (HDFS, YARN, Hive, HBase) and Apache Kafka.

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.

• Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.) is a plus.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
