Java L3 Support(NCS/Job/ 416)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Technical Support:

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved at L1 or L2 support levels.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues in Java-based applications to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and operations, to resolve critical incidents and perform post-incident reviews.

• Debugging & Problem Resolution:

  • Utilize debugging tools (e.g., JVisualVM, JStack, log analyzers) to diagnose and resolve issues related to application performance, memory leaks, and code defects.
  • Review code, analyze logs, and perform performance tuning to ensure optimal application behavior.
  • Develop and test patches or enhancements, and assist in deploying fixes to production environments.

• Monitoring & Proactive Maintenance:

  • Monitor production systems to detect and address performance issues or potential outages before they impact users.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to ensure timely response to system anomalies.
  • Work proactively to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
