Lead Data Engineer (NCS/Job/ 1246)

Lead Data Engineer:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and scale data infrastructure that supports analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning initiatives. You will lead a team of data engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our data platforms.

6–8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and big data processing.
Strong proficiency in Python or Scala, and SQL.
Expertise in data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, DBT, or Prefect.
Deep experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data cataloging tools.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT best practices, data modeling (dimensional, normalized), and performance tuning.
Optimize data storage, processing, and orchestration workflows using cloud-native tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and architectures for batch and real-time data processing.
Contribute to setting and maintaining best practices, coding standards, and documentation
