    a    Manage end-to-end Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
    b    Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
    c    Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution of sprints.
    d    Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility.
    e    Identify and mitigate risks while managing project timelines and budgets.
    f    Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations effectively.
