SAP Consultant (CO)(NCS/Job/ 438)

• Lead and participate in S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, as well as support and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and map them into SAP CO solutions.
• Design and configure Material Ledger to support actual costing and inventory valuation.
• Implement and support Product Costing including cost planning, cost object controlling, and month-end closing activities.
• Configure and support COPA (Profitability Analysis) – both Account-Based and Costing-Based.
• Provide solution demonstrations to business stakeholders and support user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP CO modules and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP CO.
• Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA (at least one end-to-end implementation preferred).
• Expertise in Material Ledger configuration and actual costing.
• Deep understanding of Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing, Cost Estimates, WIP, Variance Analysis).
• Proficiency in COPA (both Account-Based and Costing-Based).
• Experience in conducting workshops, preparing functional specifications, and working with technical teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
