Job Description

A Service Cloud LWC Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce Service Cloud. Here’s a brief job description:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Service Cloud solutions using LWC, Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
Implement Case Management, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, and Web Chat features.
Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs.
Optimize Lightning Web Components for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in Salesforce development.
Required Skills
Proficiency in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
