Salesforce - Pardot / Account Engagement Specialist

Total Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Notice period: 15 days

We are looking for experienced Salesforce - Pardot / Account Engagement Specialists with a strong background in configuration, customization, and automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Pardot (now known as Salesforce Account Engagement).

This role requires expertise in both Marketing Automation Strategy and Technical Implementation to support B2B marketing initiatives, lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing-sales alignment.


 

Required Expertise in Salesforce Pardot / Account Engagement Customization:

•            HTML / CSS / JavaScript for Email and Landing Page Customization

•            AMPscript or Dynamic Content Scripting for Personalized Content

•            Pardot API Integration & Development

•            Salesforce Apex Programming for Custom Business Logic

•            Salesforce Flow (Lightning Flows) Development & Enhancements

•            SOQL & SOSL Query Writing

•            Strong understanding of Pardot Object Model & Data Relationships

•            LWC (Lightning Web Components) & Lightning Framework

•            JavaScript Frameworks for UI Enhancements

•            Document Generation Customization & Integration

•            Error Handling, Debugging & Performance Optimization

•            Unit Testing & Code Coverage Best Practices
