SAP Basis Lead(NCS/Job/ 1806)

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with hands-on experience in S4/HANA environments.
- Proven experience with S4/HANA upgrades, including system installations, configuration, and landscape design. · Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and system monitoring
 -Experience with system migrations and transport management processes. · Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies specific to S4/HANA environments.
- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Consultant should have upgrade and migrations in ABAP and JAVA.
- Create and execute a migration strategy and plan, and coordinate migration cycles, blackout, and cutover phases
-Conduct system analysis and assessment to identify potential risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization in the migration and upgrade process.
-Develop and execute migration strategies, including data migration, system configuration, and testing, to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to S4HANA
-Create and coordinate migration programs and tools, such as data loading programs. · Monitor data migration and proactively manage risk.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide guidance on best practices.
-Well verse with Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield approaches. · Well verse with Data tearing for cold and hot data movement.
-Well verse with transport movement strategy from ECC to S/4 HANA.
-OS/DB migration from ECC to S/4 HANA. · SAP HANA sizing for standalone HANA implementation and HANA migration · S/4 HANA public and private cloud · S/4 HANA cloud migration/conversion from ECC 6.0
