- Configure and manage SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation, including project structuring, task management, and process modeling.
- Support SAP Cloud ALM for Operations including health monitoring, integration monitoring, and job monitoring.
- Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with SAP systems (S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, etc.) and third-party tools where applicable.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and traceability.
- Define and implement test management processes in Cloud ALM, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor the performance and availability of critical business processes and technical components using Cloud ALM dashboards.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation for internal teams on SAP Cloud ALM usage and best practices.
