Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Configuration:

  • Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules including:

    • Employee Central (EC) for core HR processes such as employee records, organization structure, and time management.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding modules for talent acquisition and new hire management.
    • Performance and Goals Management for appraisals, goal setting, and employee performance tracking.
    • Learning Management System (LMS) for employee training and development programs.
    • Compensation and Benefits Management for salary structures, bonuses, and payroll integration.
    • Succession Planning and Talent Management for leadership development and career planning.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, and security settings in SuccessFactors Admin Center.

Integration & Process Optimization:

  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems (SAP Payroll, ADP), and other third-party HR systems.
  • Design and maintain interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi.
  • Optimize HR processes for employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards.

Support, Training & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors configuration issues, ensuring system performance and data accuracy.
  • Perform system upgrades, quarterly releases, and configuration audits.
