SF QA automation Lead(NCS/Job/ 1445)

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce QA automation+JAva +selenium+ Lead experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA life cycle: test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting 

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle. 

• Automate Salesforce UI and API tests for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Lightning components and integrations. 

• Embed tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), enabling in‑sprint automation and continuous execution. 

• Manage manual and automated testing across functional, regression, performance, smoke, and integration test cycles.

• Define and track QA metrics & KPIs; report progress to stakeholders. 

• Guide and mentor junior QA members; represent QA in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, stand‑ups, retrospectives). 

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins/devs on architecture, data models, Apex triggers, and integrations—ensure best practices for Salesforce testing (Governor Limits, SOQL, security rules) 

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 7–10 years QA experience, with 5+ years of Salesforce testing. 

• Strong expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG / JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle. 

• Experience in UI automation and API testing (RestAssured, SOAP UI). 

• Knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and customizations—Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, CPQ, Einstein Chatbots—plus Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Developer). 

• CI/CD integration experience and use of tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps 

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and Agile methodology skills.
