• Proficiency in:
  • Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder),
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC),
  • Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk),
• Integrations and middleware.
• Experience with tools like Git, Salesforce DX, Agile methodologies, DevOps/CI-CD.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect, or others are strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work across teams and business functions.

Position Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: (e.g., Remote, Hybrid, or On-site)
Reporting To: (e.g., Applications Manager, Solutions Architect)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce development teams, manage end-to-end delivery of solutions.
• Architect, develop, integrate, test, and deploy custom Salesforce apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices.
• Support post-deployment activities and stay current with Salesforce innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + 5+ years Salesforce dev + 3+ years leadership.
• Expert in Apex, Lightning, APIs, integrations, and DevOps tooling.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
