Site Engineer(NCS/Job/ 1880)

1 Monitor daily progress of projects.

2 Providing on time detailed update to stake holders both internal and external (PMC. Client, Architects Etc.)

3Ensure team members have the supplies & resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time & Within their budget limits.

4 Coordination with procurement team to ensure timely supply of required materials for smooth completion of Projects.

5 Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on- site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.

6 Monitor project’s time, cost, quality, scope resources and risk management

7 Supervise the construction of works / Interior Fit out Works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are as per approved make and carried out in accordance with the Project Plan

8 Efficiently manage and work closely with designers.

9 Effective Usage of Project Management skills and tools.

10 Preparation/ Submission/ Necessary Documents/ Billing to Clients to ensure timely receipts of payment for works completed as per BOQ.

11 Coordinate with the design team with regards to the Preparation/ Submission/ Approval of Shop & as build Drawings.

12 Lead, Manage & guide site engineer, Safety personnel effectively.

13 Ensure usage of all safety norms at site & attend client meetings regularly.
