SAP FICO Lead(RARR Job 5186)

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Banking, FBCJ (Cash Journal), Asset Accounting, Profit Center, and Cost Center Accounting. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of SAP FICO experience along with at least three end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including AP, AR, GL, Bank Accounting, FBCJ, Asset Accounting, Profit Center, and Cost Center Accounting.

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Design, configure, test, and support SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial and reporting standards.

• Provide support during integration testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for custom development and enhancements.

• Act as a key point of contact for client interactions, status updates, and issue resolutions.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of SAP FICO hands-on experience.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Bank Accounting & FBCJ (Cash Journal)

  • Asset Accounting

  • Profit Center & Cost Center Accounting

• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP FICO implementation project experience.

• Excellent understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is an added advantage.
