Who Are We Looking For?

Someone who knows recruitment isn't just matching keywords — it's about matchmaking careers, negotiating peace treaties with hiring managers, and juggling 27 open positions without losing their mind (or Excel sheet).

You’ve recruited enough to know that “immediate joiner” rarely means “immediate,” and ATS is not short for “Always Totally Stuck.” We want someone smart, sharp, and funny enough to laugh through sourcing marathons.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

  • • Handle clients like a pro — no ghosting, no panic, just pure poise and pipelines.
  • • Mentor our recruiters like a talent Yoda. They look up to you (or will soon).
  • • Be the first to scream when a profile doesn’t match the JD (nicely, of course).
  • • Talk to clients, candidates, and clueless hiring managers with grace and grammar.
  • • Rule over Excel — Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filters — you're the spreadsheet whisperer.
  • • Track, maintain, and worship our sacred ATS (bonus if you've tamed one already).
  • • Keep hiring on track, team motivated, and jokes alive during late-night closures.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

  • • 4+ years of IT recruitment experience — agency or client-side, if you’ve suffered, we understand.
  • • Excellent communication — If you can write a crisp mail, speak with flair, and not say “as per me”... you're gold.
  • • Excel expertise — Enough to scare an MIS analyst just a little.
  • • Hands-on with any ATS — bonus points if you don’t curse it daily.
  • • Superpower: Staying calm when feedback is “need more profiles.”

Bonus Points If You:

  • • Have dealt with Tech Mahindra, LTIM, Infosys, etc. and lived to tell the tale.
  • • Know Boolean search like it's your mother tongue.
  • • Believe “Urgent Hiring” isn’t just a cruel joke.
